| The Noble Auction House (TNHA) welcomes you. We are dedicated in presenting you a pleasant and safe venue for buying and selling items online. By using the services on The Noble Auction House, you understand and agree to the following terms: I. The Noble Auction House is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services. II. Registering and bidding on listed items is free. We charge 15% on a listed item that sells. If you cancel the sale of a listed item, you will be charged 1 Noble House Coin. III. A Noble House Coin (NHC) is worth approximately $1 in trade and will be given out to buyers and sellers. Sellers will get a NHC when an item is sold and Buyers will get a NHC when they purchase an item. NHCs must be used at the first opportunity. NHCs can be no more than 10% of a bid until two weeks prior to an auction ending. Within 2 week period, NHCs cannot be used. IV. You will not sell illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult videos, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Items that are posted for bids are subject to review by The Noble Auction House and we reserve the right to remove without prior notice, if in violation of the terms and conditions. V. You will not distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. VI. You will not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm The Noble Auction House, or the interest or property of The Noble Auction House users. Privacy: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your permission. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the auction item. |
